Ryan McCabe, Jr. is an American attorney and politician. He is a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 96th District, serving as a member of the republican party since 2020.

Born on April 9, 1973, in Columbia, he is the son of Donald Ryan McCabe and Cheryl Tisdale Gamble. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Newberry College in 1995 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law in 1999. He has been married to Jennifer Moore since April 1, 2000, and together they have five children: Betsy Grace, Scarlett, Andrew, Juliana, and Luke.

McCabe is a member of the South Carolina Freedom Caucus. He also serves on the House Agriculture, Natural Resources & Environmental Affairs and the Regulations and Administrative Procedures Committees. McCabe has a ranking of #1 by the American Conservative Union.
